A.U.R.A. Hypnosis After Care

Please read and practice the following carefully to allow the deepest cleansing and healing for your mind, body and soul after an A.U.R.A. Hypnosis session. 

1. When receiving healing for your mind, body, and soul, you may experience physical symptoms such as exhaustion, increased energy, cold/flu-like symptoms, headaches, diarrhea, vomiting, fatigue, continual downloads, profound dreams, synchronicities, and the development of your gifts. Take care of yourself by sleeping as needed and drinking plenty of water during this process.

 

2. After an A.U.R.A. session, be mindful of how you feel for the rest of the day. Do not drive for at least 3 hours after the session, or longer if needed, as your body goes through its healing process. It is recommended to take the day off. If you had an in-person session, consider taking an Uber/taxi or having someone drop you off and pick you up.

 

3. Listen to your session recording within 24-48 hours. It carries quantum healing energy that will continue to aid you in your healing and help maintain balance. In the future, listen to the recording whenever your intuition guides you. Often, you will hear something new from your Higher Self or benevolent beings that will help you in your current phase of life.

 

4. After your session, the shadow side of your mind might try to convince you that you made it up, were never hypnotized, or did not receive healing. Do not believe it. Stay strong in your heart, trust the technique, and most importantly, trust the power of your Higher Self and yourself. Remember the emotions and feelings you had during the session—they are real. When you doubt, recall those emotions to restore your belief.

5. Allowing doubts can slow down your healing process because doubt emits lower frequencies into your energy field. Shifting back to belief will raise your vibration and continue the healing process.

6. Now that you are energetically balanced and cleared, be selective about who conducts energy work on you. Some healers or individuals might have negative ties to 'service to self' groups and could try to add entities or negative implants.

7. For the next 13 days or more, set an intention before bed that your Higher Self, guides, and soul family will continue to heal you and release negative energies. Light a candle to aid in transmuting negative energy and journal everything that happens during these days. Acknowledge lessons learned to aid in the release process.

 

8. Ensure you eat no meat or processed sugar during these 13 days to keep your body light for self-healing. If avoiding meat is difficult when eating with family or friends, choose fish or eat the non-meat parts of dishes. It's okay to eat eggs. As for dairy products, they are fine in terms of session aftercare. However, in general, dairy isn't great for the body, so it's better to consume it in moderation.

 

Rather than feeling discouraged about what you cannot eat, enjoy your food and drinks from a new perspective. Pay attention to how your body responds to truly nourishing food and become more mindful of how it reacts.

9. Self-healing is an ongoing journey. It has been an honour to assist you in this part of your spiritual path. Even after the 13-day aftercare period, I encourage you to continue staying true to your authentic self. Make conscious choices in every aspect of your life—whether it's your diet, sleep, work, relationships, exercise, or leisure—to nourish your body, mind, and soul. Remember the powerful decision you made to receive a healing session; it was a significant step in allowing your soul to move forward and upward. You are a sovereign, infinite being, and by making conscious choices, you are creating your own reality. Love yourself by forgiving yourself more and more each day.

10. Now that your vessel has been cleared, it is important that your home matches your frequency. A 'R.A.A.H. Reiki Home Cleansing' is highly recommended. Our homes absorb energy, whether positive or negative, and can contain negative portals, implants, and collectives of entities that can lower your vibration.

11. After your A.U.R.A. session, you are in a higher dimension of existence. To maintain this state, create an intention to surround yourself daily with infinite Source Love-Light when you wake up and before sundown. This will help keep your vibration high and protect your mind from negative energies or entities. Darkness may try to lower your vibration again, as it might have before your A.U.R.A. session. 

 

Refer to the picture below for guidance. (You may also want to refer to the PDF file I emailed you for more detailed instructions on shielding.) Imagine yourself as a small person in the center, and visualize the spheres wrapping around you one by one, like the layers of an onion. This is a framework for your reference. Feel free to rearrange the sequence of layers 1 to 5 as you see fit. As you grow and evolve spiritually, you may feel called to add or remove layers or sacred symbols. Trust your intuition and create your own style of shielding.

 

However, please remember to place the last two layers (the outermost layers) as shown in the illustration: after you've placed all the layers, always add the mirror ball first (to reflect and deflect energies that don’t serve your highest good), followed by the blue Tesla coil + plasma sphere (acting as an invisibility cloak to protect you from harm).

 

In the beginning, it may take some time to visualize and secure each layer in your mind’s eye. But once you become familiar with the process, it will become faster, and you may only need 1–2 seconds to visualize each layer. The more you practice shielding, the stronger your third eye abilities will become. It will also support your self-healing journey. Over time, you will be able to sense energy more easily and heal yourself as soon as you notice something feels off.

 

Remember, this act of shielding is not done out of fear. The intention is to reclaim your sovereignty as an infinite being. "This is my body, this is my space. I do not harm anyone. I do not consent to any harm."
