Inner Child Healing Aftercare

1. The Healing Journey

The process of Inner Child Healing is a deep emotional cleansing. This healing continues long after your personal session concludes. Whether this is your first time or you have done this before, focus on grounding yourself over the next few days. Be gentle with yourself, cherish your solitude, and spend time in nature. Allow the power of Gaia to further assist your healing process.

2. Physical Support

Drink plenty of water and engage in light physical activity to encourage better energy flow. This helps your body physically release any remaining energetic remnants.

3. Integration & Recalibration

Depending on the individual and where you are on your spiritual path, you may experience emotional ups and downs following the session. Some may also experience vivid dreams. Trust that your physical, emotional, and mental bodies are recalibrating and rejuvenating to align with the "new you" on a higher, organic timeline. Acknowledge any feelings that arise, thank them for their message, and release them.

4. Reflection

Jot down any sensations or feelings in your spiritual journal. When you look back over time, you will realize how far you have evolved. Take a moment to appreciate yourself for taking this significant step forward and for everything you have achieved.

5. Trust the Process

Trapped or hidden emotions often reveal themselves layer by layer. Feel free to replay the video and repeat the exercise whenever you feel called to do so. Conversely, if you feel the work is complete, simply trust your intuition. Everything unfolds in divine timing.

6. Homework: A Letter to Your Inner Child

Write a letter to your inner child. What words would you offer to make them feel happy, safe, and warm at heart?
