Light Code Healing After Care
Please read and practice the following carefully to allow the deepest cleansing and healing for your mind, body and soul after a Light Code Healing session.
1. On days when you're feeling low or off-balance, consider watching the video of your session to help reboot your energy. Each time you tune in, you'll continue to receive and feel the healing energy.
2. As a daily wellness practice, make it a habit to drink more water. Staying hydrated supports better energy flow throughout your system.
3. Eat more root vegetables to help ground your body. Examples include beetroot, sweet potatoes, carrots, and turnips.
4. Work out more. Moving your body through regular exercise helps strengthen both your physical body and your auric field. This supports and sustains the light codes you’ve received.
5. Allowing doubt to settle in can slow down your healing process, as it introduces lower frequencies into your energy field. Gently shifting back into belief will raise your vibration and support continued healing.
6. After receiving Light Code Healing, you may notice signs such as feeling tired, sudden bursts of energy, vivid dreams or nightmares, emotional waves, or old memories resurfacing. These are all gentle reminders that your body is releasing energies that no longer belong to you. Think of it this way: while the energetic cleansing has already taken place, your physical body is now lovingly catching up with its own healing process. Be kind to yourself—slow down and rest as needed, and allow your cells to restore themselves at their own natural pace. Offer yourself grace and compassion. These shifts are temporary and often ease within a day or two.
