A.U.R.A. Hypnosis Session
13 ways to prepare for an A.U.R.A Hypnosis Healing Session. Please read the items below thoroughly, and email me your questions by the session date.
1. - Alone or with Pets at Home: The process can take about 3 - 4 hours. Ensure you are alone for the best results, so you can fully relax and receive deep answers from your soul. Keep your dogs and cats around as they help energetically. Make sure you are at home, not in a hotel room, due to the negative energies in such spaces. If your home isn't an option, ensure it is an Airbnb private home.
- Equipment: Use a headset with a mic (like Apple headphones or a gaming headset) to ensure clear audio. Your mobile phone/ tablet will work fine, and a Wi-Fi connection will ensure a strong connection during the session. Test your camera and mic settings. Ensure your device is fully charged for 4 hours. Download the Zoom app to your device in advance if you do not have it.
- Prepare a place (bed/sofa/floor) where you can be alone and quiet, relax, and comfortably lie down for the entire session. Set up your camera so that I can see part of you, particularly your head and upper body.
- Post-Session Care: Be mindful of how you feel after an A.U.R.A. session. Do not drive for at least 3 hours post-session, or longer if necessary. This allows your body to go through its healing process. Symptoms may include diarrhea, vomiting, and tiredness. It’s recommended to take the day of the session off, and if possible, the day after, to allow for self-healing. If in person, use an Uber/taxi or have someone drop you off and pick you up.

2. Set Your Intent: Be clear about why you are seeking a session. Common reasons include:
- Health: To understand the energetic root of specific health challenges and resolve them
- Relationships: To understand patterns and dynamics in relationships and encourage harmony
- Life Path: Related to spirituality, work, and creating abundance
- Spiritual Origins: To discover your galactic history and how it influences your spiritual path
3. Prepare Questions: Prepare a list of up to 11 questions or concerns. Condense them if possible. Email me positionofmind@gmail.com your questions before the session. Some of the answers may come to you even before your session! Often, your guides begin preparing you ahead of time.
4. Practice Connecting to Your Higher Self: Practice saying, "I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self" out loud and in your mind. Understanding that this expanded presence is within you, not external to you. This helps the communication flow freely during your session.
5. Practice Surrender and Allowance: When speaking to your Higher Self, ask your ego mind with love and respect to step aside. Imagine it as a younger child, give it a hug, and explain that this is for your highest good. You have needed your ego your whole life as it has been your protection to keep you safe. However, say, "At this moment, I ask you to please step to the side, as I am trying to heal us for our highest good."
Envision yourself as a leaf floating on a river. The large body of water represents your higher self, which is one with Source/Creator. The leaf allows the river to take it in whichever current or direction is needed by surrendering and allowing.
6. Hydrate: Drink water. Water equals consciousness and is a conductor to higher frequencies! Think of your body as a vehicle that requires fuel to operate. Water is your fuel to facilitate a strong connection to, and communication with, other realms.
Start today! Continue to drink plenty of water up until your session. Don’t worry about needing to use the restroom; your higher self will guide you there if needed while maintaining your hypnosis. With every glass of water, set the intent to release all that does not serve your highest good.
7. Manage Expectations: Leave expectations at the door. Each session is unique. Trust that you are in a deep trance regardless of how conscious you feel.
As Earth's vibrations rise and we become more in tune with our higher selves, you may feel fully conscious during the session, or you may not. Either way, trust that you are in a deep trance. The Theta brainwave state of hypnosis will feel familiar because the human brain naturally enters and exits this relaxed state throughout the day—like when you are driving, watching TV, taking a shower, reading, or painting.
8. Caffeine and Drugs: Avoid caffeine and recreational drugs one week prior to your session for a clear connection to your Higher Self.
9. Eat Light: Have a snack or light meal before your session.
10. Dress Comfortably: Wear white or light, loose-fitting clothing and minimal jewelry. Go easy on the mascara as tears are common and welcome. Tears are “release healing mechanisms”.
11. Self-Healing: Your Higher Self initiates the self-healing process by connecting you to your auric field and energy body, correcting deficiencies it identifies. Belief in this process is essential. If you do not believe it is working, this slows the process down. You must also do your part as this is a ‘Self Healing’ process. Practice meditation and connect to your inner power.
All the answers are truly within you because your Higher Self holds them. More accurately, your conscious mind exists within this Higher Aspect, meaning your Higher Self is not separate from you. This is a powerful and empowering idea, but it can be hard to understand, especially since we have been programmed from birth to seek guidance and answers from others.
12. Quiet Your Mind: Practice meditation or spend quiet time in nature. Avoid phones and work. Practice daydreaming and wonder to stimulate your imagination. In your imagination, say to yourself, "I wonder what I'll see if I look left? I wonder what I'll know if I look right?" Stay in this state of wonder during your meditation or visualization practice.
- During the session, some people see still images or even movie-like scenes.
- Some people hear information that might sound like their own voice or someone else’s.
- Some people experience a strong sense of knowing.
- Some people feel information emotionally or in their physical body.
Information can come in any of these ways! Practicing this before your appointment will give you an advantage. Your Higher Self uses your imagination to communicate with you. Embracing this idea and preparing your imagination will help you get ready.

13. Surround Yourself with Love-Light: Surround yourself with a protective Source love-light pyramid/Merkabah during your session. This helps you surrender to the healing energies. Start this practice when you book your session to ensure high vibration and minimal interference. Your Higher Self will guide and protect you throughout the session. If you need to use the bathroom, your Higher Self will alert you. If conducting online and disconnected, your Higher Self will keep you in hypnosis until you reconnect.
Release fear, worry, and mistrust during the session. These are the biggest obstacles to obtaining the full benefits of quantum healing.
