R.A.A.H. Reiki Session
Please prepare the following for a R.A.A.H. Reiki session :
1. Drink plenty of water up until the start of your session to allow better energy flow. Before your session, do not have too many caffeine drinks; eat a snack or light meal instead of a full heavy one.

2. Think about the areas you would like to heal or improve, such as physical pain, mental health, emotional issues, or overall wellness.

3. (Optional) Crystals: 1) Selenite and 2) Black Tourmaline (or Black Obsidian, Shungite). Crystals are optional. If you already have them, feel free to use them during the session. However, if you don't have any crystals and would like to purchase them for the session or for use afterward, a palm-sized crystal is sufficient. These crystals support the session and assist with grounding afterward.

4. (Optional) A burning candle.

5. Download the Zoom app to your device in advance if you do not have it.

6. Prepare a place where you can be alone, quietly relax, and lie down comfortably during the session (such as a bed, sofa, or floor). Please make sure to have pillows, cushions, blankets, or a mattress to help you relax comfortably, and set up your camera so that I can see your head and upper body. If you have pets, they are welcome to stay close to you during the session.

7. Dress very comfortably in white or light, loose clothing and minimal jewelry.

8. Leave expectations at the door. Every session is as unique as the individual who has one. Your session will unfold in your own consciousness in your own way, and will more beautifully do so if you don’t expect certain things to happen or not happen.
