R.A.A.H. Reiki After Care

Please read and practice the following carefully to allow the deepest cleansing and healing for your mind, body and soul after a R.A.A.H. Reiki session. 

1. Make sure to watch your recording within 24-48 hours. It contains Reiki healing energy that will continue to aid you after your session, helping you to maintain balance. In the future, watch the video whenever your intuition guides you to. Each time you tune in, you will continue to feel the healing energy.

 

2. For the next 13 days, set an intention before bed that your Higher Self, guides, and soul family will continue to help you release negative energies while you sleep. Write down everything that happens during these days. Light a white candle to help transform negative energy. Each night during meditation and dreams, ask why and how each attachment came in to learn from these lessons.

 

3. After your session, the shadow side of your mind may try to tell you that you did not receive healing. Do not believe it. Stay strong in your heart, trust the technique, and most importantly, trust the power of your Higher Self and yourself. Remember the emotions and feelings you had during the session, as they are genuine. When you doubt, recall those feelings to restore your belief.

 

4. Allowing doubts can slow down your healing process because doubt emits lower frequencies into your energy field. Shifting back to belief will raise your vibration and continue the healing process.

5. After receiving healing, you may experience exhaustion, extra energy, cold/ flu-like symptoms, vomiting/diarrhea, headaches, continual downloads, profound dreams, synchronicities, and development of your gifts. It is recommended not to work on the day of the session.

6.  Make self-care a priority. Ensure you get enough sleep when needed and stay properly hydrated. Over the next 13 days, to cleanse your mind, body, and soul, avoid processed foods and focus on healthy eating. Stay away from chocolate, processed sugars, alcohol, and meat. Instead, aim to consume as many vegetables, fruits, and unprocessed foods as possible.

If avoiding meat is difficult when eating with family or friends, choose fish or eat the non-meat parts of dishes. It's okay to eat eggs. As for dairy products, they are fine in terms of session aftercare. However, in general, dairy isn't great for the body, so it's better to consume it in moderation.

 

Rather than feeling discouraged about what you cannot eat, enjoy your food and drinks from a new perspective. Pay attention to how your body responds to truly nourishing food and become more mindful of how it reacts.

7. Self-healing is an ongoing journey. It has been an honour to assist you in this part of your spiritual path. Even after the 13-day aftercare period, I encourage you to continue staying true to your authentic self. Make conscious choices in every aspect of your life—whether it's your diet, sleep, work, relationships, exercise, or leisure—to nourish your body, mind, and soul. Remember the powerful decision you made to receive a healing session; it was a significant step in allowing your soul to move forward and upward. You are a sovereign, infinite being, and by making conscious choices, you are creating your own reality. Love yourself by forgiving yourself more and more each day.

8. Now that your vessel has been cleared, it is important that your home matches your frequency. A 'R.A.A.H. Reiki Home Cleansing' is highly recommended. Our homes absorb energy, whether positive or negative, and can contain negative portals, implants, and collectives of entities that can lower your vibration.

9.  Now that your mind, body, and soul are cleansed, set your intentions and take greater care in protecting your energies.
Our energies fluctuate easily, moment to moment, due to the different challenges and circumstances we face daily. Therefore, I highly recommend setting up your energetic shield at least once a day, or ideally twice. Every morning when you wake up, and every evening before sunset, create layers of energetic spheres to shield yourself.

Please refer to the picture below. (You may also want to refer the pdf file I emailed you for more detailed instructions on shielding.) Imagine yourself as a small being in the center, surrounded by layers, like the layers of an onion. Picture each sphere wrapping around you one by one.

  1. Golden Sphere: Your consciousness as a sovereign being.

  2. Metatron's Cubic Star: The sacred symbol of Archangel Metatron. Imagine golden and purple spheres spinning around you.

  3. Flower of Life: Picture the flower as 3D, with a magenta color.

  4. Opalescent Sphere: The energies of Archangel Zadkiel. This will protect you from Wi-Fi and negative signals.

  5. Flame: The color can be golden, red, white, or violet. Imagine dragons or unicorns flying around the flame.

  6. Mirror Ball: Imagine energies that do not serve your highest good being reflected and deflected.

  7. Blue Tesla Coil + Plasma Ball: Imagine an invisibility cloak that protects you from harm.

 

This is just a suggested framework, so feel free to rearrange the sequence of layers 1 to 5 as you wish. As you grow and evolve spiritually, you may feel the need to add or subtract certain layers or sacred symbols. Follow your intuition and create a shielding style that works for you. However, please make sure to place the last two layers (6 & 7, the outermost layers) as illustrated.

 

At first, it may take some time to clearly visualize and secure each layer in your mind’s eye. But as you practice, the process will become faster, and you may only need 1-2 seconds to imagine each layer.

By repeating the shielding process, your third-eye abilities will develop more fully. This practice is also beneficial for your self-healing journey. Gradually, you will become more sensitive to energies, and when something feels off, you’ll be able to heal yourself more quickly.

 

Remember, the purpose of this shielding is not out of fear. Rather, it is a way to reclaim your sovereignty as an infinite being. As you do this, repeat the affirmation in your heart:
“This is my body. This is my space. I do not harm anyone. I do not consent to any harm.”
