R.A.A.H. Reiki After Care
Please read and practice the following carefully to allow the deepest cleansing and healing for your mind, body and soul after a R.A.A.H. Reiki session.
1. Please watch the recording within 24–48 hours. The recording contains Reiki healing energy that will help you maintain energetic balance after the session. You are also welcome to rewatch the recording anytime you feel called to—each time you watch, your body and mind will once again receive the healing energy.
2. For the next 13 days, light a candle each night before going to sleep to help transform negative energy. Set an intention for your Higher Self to continue assisting in releasing negative energy while you sleep.
3. You can take this opportunity to start the practice of keeping a Spiritual Journal. Write down your experiences and feelings, and communicate more deeply with your inner self.
4. After the session, your shadow self may whisper: “You didn’t receive any healing!” Stay firm in your heart and trust in the healing. Trust in your Higher Self and your own power. Recall the sensations, emotions, and feelings you experienced during the session—those were real. When doubts arise, return to those memories and regain your confidence. Remember, doubt slows down the healing process, because doubt sends low frequencies to the body. However, once you restore your trust, the healing process continues and your vibrational frequency will rise again.
5. Reactions after receiving healing vary from person to person. You may feel tired, overly energized, flu-like symptoms, nausea/diarrhea, headaches, ongoing energy downloads, vivid dreams, synchronicities, or even a blossoming of your unique gifts... and more. It is recommended that you take the day of the session off from work and allow yourself extra rest.
6. Throughout this process, take good care of yourself: sleep when you feel the need, and drink plenty of water. For the next 13 days, eat light foods to purify your body, mind, and spirit. Avoid chocolate, sweets, processed sugar, alcohol, and meat. Eat more vegetables, fruits, and unprocessed foods. If it is difficult to avoid meat when dining with family or friends, you may choose fish or simply eat the non-meat portions of the dishes. It is also best to minimize eggs and dairy products. Pay attention to how your body responds to truly nourishing foods. Instead of feeling discouraged or pressured by what you “cannot” eat, shift your perspective and rediscover joy and appreciation for the food and drinks you can enjoy.
7. Self-healing is a continuous journey. I feel truly honored to have supported you on this part of your spiritual path. Even after the 13 days of integration are complete, continue to be honest with yourself and live as your authentic self. Whether in diet, sleep, work, relationships, exercise, or leisure, make each choice consciously, in ways that nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Remind yourself that by receiving this session, you have made an important decision for yourself—one that moves your soul forward and uplifts your being. Always remember: you are an infinite being with free will, creating your reality through conscious choices. Each day, love yourself more, and forgive yourself more deeply.
8. Your energy has now been cleansed and purified. To further raise the frequency of your home so that it aligns with your own, I recommend receiving a R.A.A.H. Reiki Home Cleansing. Our homes absorb and accumulate many kinds of energies, which can influence the frequency of ourselves and our families.
9. Right now, your mind, body, and soul are already in a clear and clean state. From here on, it’s important to take good care of your energy and protect it gently. Our energy shifts every day depending on situations and events around us. That’s why it’s recommended to shield yourself at least once a day. If possible, doing it twice a day is even more effective. When you wake up in the morning and before sunset, set your intention and imagine yourself being surrounded by multiple layers of protective energy spheres.
How to Shield? Please refer to the illustration below.
Start by imagining yourself as your Higher Self—vast and majestic, like the Earth itself. Next, visualize yourself as a crystalline, transparent light existing within the wide expanse of the galaxy, surrounded by countless beautiful stars. Like an orchestra creating music, your breath and rhythm blend together, and layer by layer, light forms around you. You are gently embraced by a loving shield. 💖
1 Golden Sphere: A symbol of your sovereignty—your awareness that you are a sovereign being.
2 Metatron Cubic Star (Metatron’s Cube): A sacred symbol of Archangel Metatron. Imagine golden and violet spheres spinning around you.
3 Flower of Life: Visualize a three-dimensional Flower of Life shining with magenta-pink light.
4 Opal Sphere: The energy of Archangel Zadkiel. It protects you from negative signals such as Wi-Fi and low-frequency energies.
5 Flame: Golden, red, white, or purple—any color is fine. Imagine your guardian dragons or unicorns flying around the flame as they protect you.
6 Mirror Sphere: Reflects and returns any unwanted energies.
7 Blue Tesla Coil + Plasma Sphere: This becomes your Invisibility Cloak. It makes your energy invisible and shields you from outside influences or harm.

The above is simply a basic framework, so you can freely change the order of layers 1–5 according to your own intuition and feelings. Depending on your growth, timing, or energy state, you may naturally feel things like “I want to strengthen this layer” or “This symbol doesn’t feel right for me right now.” Please follow your intuition each time and build the shield that gives you the most peace. However, the last two layers (the 6th and 7th / the outermost layers) should be kept in the same order as shown in the diagram.
In the beginning, it may take a little time to clearly visualize each layer until they settle in. But as you continue practicing, you’ll get the hang of it, and eventually you’ll be able to visualize them in just one or two seconds.
Please imagine—and feel. Experience how each loving layer of protection gently wraps around you. You may feel as if you’re being immersed in the loving light of the universe.
It is also possible to communicate with these shields. The shields can support the healing of your emotions and thoughts.
Through this process, you’re able to maintain a high-frequency vibration and prevent “doubt” from slipping into your heart.
By connecting with your shields regularly, your third eye will also open more easily. This practice is very effective for self-healing as well, making your sensitivity to energy sharper. When you notice energetic imbalances, you’ll be able to restore harmony more quickly.
10. Energy healing is simply a support to help you remember your true power. The reason this process isn’t always easy is that, in our lives, no one taught us how to “maintain the purity of our energy” or how to claim our “sovereignty as a soul.”
There may have been times when things you never said “NO” to were treated as a “YES” without you realizing it. But from now on, things are different. You no longer need to live from a “victim” perspective. Each of us is a beautiful and powerful creator, capable of shaping our own world.
Even after the 13-day care period ends, please continue to live each day honestly as your true self. Whether it’s eating, sleeping, work, relationships, exercise, or time for joy—try to make choices that honor your mind, body, and soul in every situation.
Today’s session is a significant step, a bold decision, and an important step forward for your soul to rise to a higher dimension. Please remember that you are a free and infinite being, capable of creating your reality through your own choices. And every day, even just a little at a time, be gentler and deeper in loving and forgiving yourself.
